This week's release includes improvements to prompter view, more hotkeys, advanced duration settings, and some bug fixes you all have flagged. We are getting closer to releasing an all new version of global element manager!
New
  • Inline editing in prompter view with a new floating formatting toolbar (bold / italic / underline + text and highlight colors)
  • Mute/unmute duration on a row
  • Another batch of keyboard shortcuts including new double click to track rows
Improved
  • Follow Tracking toggle now persists across page refreshes.
  • Timestamp cells now respect the event's 12h / 24h clock format
  • The Show Select dropdown no longer lists the opened show
  • The guest pass browser tab now displays the rundown name instead of generic 'rundown'
Fixed
  • drag an drop issue when dragging rows above or below viewport height
  • converted rundowns to v2 not showing 'muted' state correctly
  • pdf & guest pass not displaying row highlights
  • row highlights not being reflected in real time
Prompter View Editing
Click into content, and use the new floating toolbar for quick formatting (bold, italic, underline, text and highlight colors). You no longer need to 'save' updates as updates or additions are automatically saved. We've also made improvements to prevent prompter view jumping to different positions when new incoming changes are detected.

More Hotkeys
We've brought over another batch of shortcuts from legacy rundown and added a few new ones —move rows, select rows, toggle title rows, and apply preset text colors with ⌘1–4 while editing. Show callers can now double-click the row number to track that to that row

Mute durations
Mute a row's duration from the duration cell's popover. A muted duration renders with a strikethrough and is skipped when calculating the next row's start time — useful for rows you want to keep visible without affecting the auto timing logic.
