Weekly Release notes 4/20
This week's release focuses on the new Private Notes column, Active User Avatars and new mechanisms to help multi user collaboration. We also released our first direct hardware integration for prompter controlling. We're expecting early access to the new Global Element Manager next week!

- Clear all over/under cell values in column settings to reset logged TRT
- Converting a rundown now automatically includes the new Private Notes column
- Alert dialogs for row deletion now focus confirm button by default for faster actions.

- PDF export title rows are now true white instead of off white and text true black to help prevent unnecessary color usage for printers.
Private Notes Column Type
Back by popular demand but with even more configurability:
- Admins can now choose whether or not to enable private notes columns on a per rundown basis
- Users can hide, rearrange, and resize the private notes column to their desired preference.
Active User Presence
Active User Presence enables better multi user collaboration by visualizing who else is actively viewing the rundown and where they are editing with a soft alert that helps prevent overwriting data.
Contour Shuttle Prompter Integration
Plug in a Contour ShuttleXpress and drive the prompter by hand — spin to scroll, hold the ring to scrub, and tap the buttons for play/pause, speed, and row jumps. No drivers, no setup: one click in the new Device Connections dialog and you're live
Reset over/under column
You can now easily reset / clear all logged values in the over/under column type. Helpful after running a rehearsal, dry runs, etc.
